The staff here was cool - exceptional service & helpful communication. Had selected juices, great cocktails, cocktails and gins in the in-house bar.

Breakfast was quick, entire staff was active! The room was fully-equipped and lovely, had exceptionally comfortable beds. We had an absolutely gorgeous view. Its location was brilliant right on the beach. .

It was a good stay, majestic place. Spotless hotel, cool enough rooms, good value. The staffs were supporting & caring.

The venue was always fairly clean, had COOL staff and location. Decent view, a little balcony, lovely bed, too. There was lots of food for breakfast, including fresh fruit, pastries, coffee, bacon and cheese. The hotel was near the sandy beach.

Fairly clean place, good value. Affordable place with phenomenal staff and free wi-fi. The room was fully-equipped and had tiny balcony. The breakfast was full of spicy meals such as eggs, cereals, hot waffles, fruit and coffee. Exemplary service during our restful stay. We liked the touristic area around the hotel.

Overall clean place, impeccable staff, decent location. The continental breakfast with pastries, hot waffles, fruit, pancakes and scrambled eggs was great affordable. Free mineral drinks at poolside bar, very good service...

By and large, it was welcome base for sightseeing in Playa del Carmen, had much fun. Pool bar was roomy. It was perfectly located, easy to move around
